A thoughtful approach
Many protocols increase every 4 weeks. But if a dose is working well for you, stay there until progress plateaus before moving up. Going slower helps minimize side effects and maintain effectiveness longer.
Feeling nauseous?
Drop back to your previous dose for another week before trying again. Nausea is common early on and fades — never push through it.
